TYPE OF EMERGENCY

Boiler Not Working
If your boiler has stopped working and you need hot water or heating, give us a call. We can help restore your system quickly. However, if it’s safe to wait until normal working hours, you’ll save money by avoiding out-of-hours rates.

Frozen Pipes
Frozen pipes should be dealt with urgently. If left untreated, they can burst and cause significant flooding and property damage. Call us as soon as possible to prevent further issues.

Leaking Taps
Minor tap leaks can often be fixed with a DIY repair. But if the leak is severe or you’re unsure how to handle it, we’re here to help. As with other non-urgent issues, waiting until normal working hours will reduce the cost of the callout.
