  • One of our experienced team of engineers will assess the physical condition of your boiler, installation pipework, and any flues for wear and tear. They will also carry out a performance test and then advise if any remedial action is necessary and associated costs.

    To keep your system in top condition, running safely and efficiently we recommend an annual service and safety check.

    If you are a landlord of a rental property and need to arrange a Gas Safety Check, servicing and certification we can help.

  • Our gas safe registered engineers will remove your old boiler, if needed, and install the new one so your heating system is back up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible. As part of the installation they will also carry out any necessary pipe or flue work, keeping you warm and comfortable, year round.

    Once installed, tested and safety checked we will run through how to use your new system and provide you with a warranty on your new system, so you can be sure it's backed by our expertise.

    As Gas Safe registered engineers we also sort out Building Regulations Compliance Certification.

  • We aim to test, identify and repair the problem with your boiler in our first visit, however if we are not carrying the right part, or if the problem appears more complex then we will advise you on next steps, including potential costs and timelines for work to be completed.

    We use our extensive experience not only to work safely and competently but also to help find the most cost efficient solutions to the problem.
